As this is a professional device subject to special wear and tear, it is covered by a six-month warranty starting from the date of purchase even if the device has not been used.Parlux undertakes the obligation to repair or replace free of charge those parts which within the warranty period prove to be ineffective due to a defect in material or construction.Replacement and repair of parts subject to normal wear and tear are not included.Complete replacement of the device is not included and claims for compensation for objects or persons are not recognized.
The warranty does not cover damage due to accidental breakage or transport, insufficient maintenance or cleaning, negligence during use and interventions or repairs by unauthorized personnel.Repairs and replacements covered by warranty are made exclusively by the manufacturer Parlux – Trezzano and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.This warranty is only valid if it bears the seal and signature of the store of sale and the date of purchase.
For repairs under warranty you must send the device to the manufacturer Parlux attaching the completed warranty slip.
